Every organization is on a plan. Open Account settings → Billing to see yours.

No payment is taken yet, so switching plans is free. The Payments section will show payment methods and invoices once billing is connected.
How usage is counted #
The Usage meters count across the whole organization:
| Limit | What counts |
|---|---|
| Team members | Members plus pending invitations. |
| Active projects | Projects that are not archived. Archive a project to free a slot. |
| Translation keys | Keys on the protected main branch of every project. Keys on other branches do not count. |
The meter turns amber from 70% and red from 90% of the limit.
At a limit #
When an action would go over the limit, it is refused with a message that names the limit and the plan. This applies to inviting a member, creating or duplicating a project, and adding keys to a main branch, whether you do it in the editor, with an import or with a push from the CLI.
Nothing that exists is deleted when you reach a limit. To get more room, switch to a bigger plan, or free some: remove a pending invitation, archive a project, or remove keys.
Switch plan #
Only the owner of the organization can switch plans. Choose Switch to plan on the plan you want.
You cannot switch to a plan with limits below your current usage. The switch is refused and tells you which limits are exceeded, so free some room first. For example, move to Free only after archiving projects until you have one active project left, and while you have at most 3 members and 500 keys.
