Removes a person from the team. They stay in the organisation.

DELETE /teams/{teamId}/members/{userId}Access: Session token only. API keys get 403 with insufficient_scope.
Role: Organisation owner or admin, or owner or admin of the team.

The member is removed. There is no body.
