Switches the organisation to another plan. There is no payment provider behind the plans yet, so switching is free.

Access: Session token only. API keys get 403 with insufficient_scope.

Role: Organisation owner.

Errors #

422invalid_requestplan is unknown or not offered (invalid), or the organisation uses more than the new plan allows (plan: over_limit, with over listing each limit, used and max).
