Merge a branch

Copies the keys and translations of a branch into the branch it was made from.

Copies the keys and translations of a branch into the branch it was made from.

HTTP 
POST /branches/{branchId}/merge

Access: Session token only. API keys get 403 with insufficient_scope.

Role: Project manager (organisation owners and admins are managers of every project).

Path parameters #

Response 204 #

The branch is merged. There is no body.

Errors #

401unauthenticatedThe token is missing or not valid.
404not_foundThe branch does not exist, you have no access to its project, or branchId is not a UUID.
403forbiddenYou are a member of the project, but not a manager.
409branch_protectedThe branch is the protected main branch.
409nothing_to_merge_intoThe branch has no base branch.
429rate_limitedToo many requests, see Rate limiting.

Notes #

The CLI and CI use Merge by name, which accepts API keys.
